Meeting Manager Application
Major Release Version 2.01.070 

This new release of the OpenMeeting Meeting Manager - Version 2.01.070 should be considered a major update. It is recommended that all customers that are running an earlier version of the Meeting Manager upgrade. It is also recommended to review the current versions of the Member Application (2.01.058), and the Discussion Manager (2.01.058) application are up to current versions as well to gain the full benefits of the update. 

 

Changes / Improvements: 

  • NEW ability to utilize File Attachments from Customer Portal with Agenda Items on Public Display, Member Apps, and Discussion Manager.
    (Requires proper license, customer portal activations,     training, and latest versions of MA and DM)

  • NEW ability to utilize Public Comment Sign-Up from Customer Portal and Public Portal pages and kiosks. 
    (Requires proper license, customer portal activations, and training)

 

Bug Fixes: 

  • Allows voting to occur without a second with proper configuration setup.

  • Improved sanitization of formatting tags in item descriptions.



Notes
Version 2.x of our Meeting Manager application is only available to licensed customers, and is only available through our Customer Portal.
Once logged into the Customer Portal with a License Admin or Meeting Manager user account, click on Organization on the left menu, then click on View License Information to find the download button for the Meeting Manager.
