Meeting Manager Application - Major Release Version 3.00.015

This new release of the OpenMeeting Meeting Manager - Version 3.03.00.015 This release includes enhancements to agenda organization, voting configuration, public display behavior, and overall meeting workflow improvements. It is recommended that all customers that are running an earlier version of the Meeting Manager should upgrade The Meeting Manager application, Member Application, and the Discussion Manager application to gain the full benefits of the update. 


Performance Updates: 
  1. General performance and stability improvements.

Changes / Improvements: 

  • Added new agenda item types: Header, Container, and Placeholder for improved agenda organization.

  • Added customizable agenda item numbering.

  • Public comment sign-up now supported on child items within consent, header, and container structures.

  • Added flexible abstain vote handling options.

  • Public Display font size adjustments.

  • Public Display now properly wraps long agenda item titles in Max Summary view.

  • Improved spacing between brief and detailed summary sections on Public Display.

  • Added support for recording the actual meeting start time in minutes.

  • Added post-meeting feedback option allowing users to rate the meeting and provide comments.

  • Improved attachment behavior during Motion/Second and Discuss actions.

  • Ability to change title, brief, and item summary font size on the Public Display. 
  • Custom content fields now support clickable hyperlinks in Meeting Manager and apps.

 

Bug Fixes: 

  1. Fixed crash caused by entering invalid values for Public Timer defaults.

  2. Fixed issue where a member changed from Recused to Present was not reflected correctly in vote tallies.

  3. Fixed attachment-related behavior where Motion/Second and Discuss actions were not visible when attachments were open.

  4. Attachments now reset to closed when advancing to a new agenda item.

  5. Various stability and display improvements.


Discussion Manager - Major Release Version 3.00.007

This new release of the OpenMeeting Discussion Manager - Version  3.00.007 includes interface improvements and attachment behavior enhancements.. It is recommended that all customers that are running an earlier version of the Discussion Manager should upgrade the Meeting Manager application, Member Application, and Discussion Manager application to gain the full benefits of the update.

Changes / Improvements: 

  • Added on-screen indicator when a Motion or Second is made while viewing an attachment.

  • Improved handling of attachments during Discuss and Motion/Second actions.


Bug Fixes: 

  • Fixed issue where changing an RTS layout name during a meeting temporarily displayed both old and updated names.

  • Fixed Motion/Second visibility when attachments were open.

  • Attachments now reset to closed when advancing to a new agenda item.

  • Various UI and stability improvements.

Member App - Major Release Version 3.00.007

This new release of the OpenMeeting Member App - Version  3.00.007 includes usability improvements, voting accuracy updates, and interface enhancements. It is recommended that all customers that are running an earlier version of the Member Application should upgrade the Member Application and the Meeting Manager application to gain the full benefits of the update.

  1.  General performance and connectivity improvements.

Changes / Improvements:  

  • Full agenda review is now enabled by default.

  • Added support for post-meeting feedback with optional comments.

  • Improved handling of attachments during Motion/Second and Discuss actions.

 

Bug Fixes: 

  • Fixed landscape mode button clipping.

  • Scroll position now resets to the top when advancing to a new agenda item.

  • Fixed vote tally accuracy when changing a member from Recused to Present.

  • Fixed Motion/Second and Discuss visibility when attachments were open.
