This includes updated versions of all previous applications:
  1. Meeting Manager Application - Version 2.02.029
  2. Discussion Manager App - Version 2.02.029
  3. Member App - Version 2.02.029

Meeting Manager Application - Major Release Version 2.02.029 


This new release of the OpenMeeting Meeting Manager - Version 2.02.029 should be considered a major update. It is recommended that all customers that are running an earlier version of the Meeting Manager should upgrade The Meeting Manager application, Member Application, and the Discussion Manager application to gain the full benefits of the update. 


Performance Updates: 
  1. Improves overall networking connectivity
  2. Practice mode within a meeting no longer sends live data to the Customer Portal 

 

Changes / Improvements: 

  • Updated the ForceAgendaSync to match the Customer Portal

  • Roll Call can be added separately and no longer the first item needed

 

Bug Fixes: 


  1. Fixed the MA issues when no roll call was called it would still prompt for a roll call present 
  2. MM displaying error indicating item name is blank when it is not
  3. Public Display shows "No Quorum Present" when Roll Call isn't the first item in an agenda 
  4. Fixed spelling of “MAJO2ITY” to “Majority” on the Public Display 
  5. If you did not have Roll Call as the first item, the Member App and Discussion Manager App cannot access the information of the first item 
  6. Adding words to your agenda item name then adds paragraph code

Discussion Manager - Major Release Version 2.02.029

 

This new release of the OpenMeeting Discussion Manager - Version 2.02.029 should be considered a major update. It is recommended that all customers that are running an earlier version of the Discussion Manager should upgrade the Meeting Manager application, Member Application, and Discussion Manager application to gain the full benefits of the update.

  • Security Improvements 

  • Tapping on the tiles of a member on a tablet no longer gives you a pop-up label of the member’s name 


Bug Fixes: 

  • Motion/Second buttons were appearing on devices when a quorum was not present 

  • When tapping or clicking on Settings, Discussion Manager was displaying NO INTERNET CONNECTION when connected to WiFi

  • Adding or changing words to an agenda item name was displaying paragraph tags where the agenda item name was appearing

Bug Fixes: 

 

  • If you do not have Roll Call as the first item, the apps cannot access the information of the first item 

  • Main Item Summary Window fonts don't change size when changing Font Size in Settings 

  • Adding words to your agenda item name added paragraph coding where item name appears 

  • Member App gives an error message that you can't sign in because member is not a discussion manager

  • If you do not have Roll Call as the first item, the Member App cannot access the information about the first item.
