Onboarding Checklist

Welcome to OpenMeeting!

We’re excited to have you as our customer! We have a 3-Step approach to gathering information to get you set up in our system and ready for training:

Step 1 – Licensing Information

First, we’ll request Licensing and Billing information from the person we worked with on the OpenMeeting agreement with your organization. Please on the form link below and provide the requested information at your earliest convenience so we can get started on the process.


Step 2 – New Group Implementation

After you’ve submitted Step 1, we’ll take it from here and loop in the appropriate person(s) you designated in Step 1 (likely the Meeting Manager). Requested information will include the names of individuals that comprise the group that will be using the software for meetings, types of devices you’ll be using and more.

Step 3 – Meeting Configuration Setup

Once Step 2 is completed, we’ll request the meeting specifics from the Meeting Manager that will help us understand more about how your meetings are run and allow us to help you configure our Meeting Manager application to best fit your needs.

Once all 3 steps are completed, we’ll line up training to make sure you’re well-prepared for that first meeting.
