The Meeting Manager is the Windows application that runs your meetings. It's available only to licensed customers and is downloaded directly from the Customer Portal — there is no public download. This guide walks you through signing in, downloading the installer, and installing it.
Before you start: you'll need an active OpenMeeting license and a Windows PC (ideally the computer that runs your meetings).
Go to portal.omt-appserver.com and sign in with your OpenMeeting email and password. (You can also use Passkey or the Email sign-in link.)
After you sign in you land on your dashboard. Scroll down to the License Information panel — it shows your license type and expiration, your licensed groups, your License Key, and the Windows Downloads buttons.
Under Windows Downloads, click MM (Meeting Manager). Hover over the button to confirm the version you're getting — for example, v3.01.020 (Official Release). The installer then downloads to your computer.
Tip: the other two buttons are different apps — DM is the Discussion Manager and MA is the Member App. For the meeting host computer, choose MM.
When the download finishes, open the downloaded file from your browser's downloads and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation. When it's done, the Meeting Manager is ready to launch on that computer.
Tip: if you're asked for your license key during setup, it's on the same License Information panel — click Copy next to License Key.
