Passwords for the OpenMeeting Customer Portal are self-service: you create and reset your own password from the portal sign-in page. The two situations below cover almost everyone.
New users set their own password before signing in for the first time. Your account must already exist in OpenMeeting — a reset email is only sent to an email address that matches an existing user.
Heads up: If your organization uses a single sign-on (SSO) provider, you do not set a password here. Create and update your password through your organization's SSO instead.
If you've forgotten your password, reset it to regain access. The steps are the same as setting one for the first time:
Not receiving the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you entered the email address on file for your account. A reset link is only sent to an email that matches an existing user. If it still doesn't arrive, contact your administrator or OpenMeeting Support.
