Meeting Settings is where you establish the Members of the Group along with display options, voting criteria, motion & second controls, request to speak controls and the meeting results (minutes) save locations. You will customize the way you wish to operate meetings for the Group in this tab.

From the top-left menu, click on Meeting Settings and the screen below will with Roster Setup as the first tab you’ll see.
