Overview
Upon creating a new meeting on the Home – Groups & Meetings screen, you will want to edit and prepare the Agenda specific to your new meeting.

This document will prepare you to edit the Agenda for the new meeting you created.

Details / Sequence of Events
Assuming you’ve created a Meeting on the Home-Groups & Meetings screen, perhaps by using a Template AND saving the Agenda to a name corresponding to the new Meeting, you can begin editing that Agenda.
Sign-In to the Meeting Manager
Sign into the Meeting Manager with your User Name and Password. If you have questions on this step, see the link User Access.
You will be directed immediately to the Home – Groups & Meetings screen. If you have questions on this step, see the link Home-Groups & Meetings.
Select the Group and Meeting Previously Created
As shown on the screen below, Select the Group (left) and Meeting (right) that you’ve previously created and wish to continue updating the Agenda for.

Proof and Edit the Agenda Name
After selecting the Meeting (as shown above), the following screen will appear.
Proof quickly that the Agenda Name in the two locations below are the same and are the Agenda for the meeting you wish to make changes to.

Select Edit Agenda
Assuming you have loaded the correct Agenda that you wish to Edit / Update select Edit Agenda – The gray button at the top of the screen shown below:.

As shown on the screen below, the Agenda Manager will come up ready for you to make any changes you wish to this agenda.
Once again, we recommend that you quickly proof that the Agenda Name in the top right corner is the correct one you wish to work with. Also proof (or make appropriate changes to) the Agenda Description. Normally, this is where you may want the date that this meeting is being held. Once any changes are made in the Agenda Manager, they are auto-saved so no manual saving is needed.

Using the Agenda Manager
You are now IN the Agenda Manager for this Agenda. You can begin making any of the specific Agenda changes & additions that are needed for this upcoming meeting. You can work on this now, can leave the program and come back later, or as many times as you wish before you Load and Run the Live Meeting.
