This new version of the Meeting Manager is considered a MINOR update and DOES NOT have to be implemented immediately. However, we always recommend staying current to benefit from any minor updates made to our applications.
WHAT’S NEW
Bug Fixes:
- Absent Members are not allowed to be Selected to Speak by Chair or Clerk until they are first recognized as PRESENT.
- In the Meeting Manager / Configuration Settings/ Meeting Settings / RTS Options, the setting ‘Always Display Public Timer’ is now set NO/OFF as the DEFAULT Value, whenever you choose to Create a New Meeting / New Configuration File.
- There were random inconsistencies with the way the Speaker Timer was displaying on the Public Display which are now consistent and correct.
- The Agenda Item Name was being truncated in certain circumstances on the Public Display, which is corrected and thus the Item Name is fully showing.
- The Item Name on the Meeting Manager Agenda would disappear on occasion after voting. This no longer will happen.
- During a LIVE Meeting, a Clerk can now go out to the Agenda Editor and DELETE an Item (even the item they are discussing) IF requested by the members. After deleting that item, and you return to the meeting, you are ready for DISCUSSION on the very NEXT Item on the Agenda.
- Fixed situation where configuration is reset if name of a new meeting the same as an existing meeting. Now challenges and does not allow same name.
- 128 characters allowed for the user name for longer email addresses.

Changes / Improvements:
